Many simple issues can be resolved by restarting your computer. RCPS recommends that your restart your computer 1-2 times a week at a minimum.
RCPS student computer user accounts follow the following format: First Initial -Last Name -Last 4 digits of student number Example: Student name of Jane Doe with the last four digits of her student number 1234 would be: jdoe1234
In order to install textbooks and software from the software center, students need to be connected to the RCPS VPN. We are also able to provide remote support and send critical security updates to your student computer when connected are connected to the VPN.
