Use the following steps to join a Collaborate session on a computer using Microsoft Windows: Point to Tools and click Blackboard Collaborate to access the Blackboard Collaborate Scheduler Page. Access the Room Details page and click Join Room.
Go to your Blackboard Course and Scroll down to Users and Groups and click Groups. With your mouse, hover Create. Click Random Enrol. Add a relevant name (collaborate group, collaborate assignment etc.) Type Name. Now we need to untick or tick relevant tools for the groups. In most cases you can untick all of these except Collaborate .
Create a Blackboard Collaborate Session. Open the appropriate Blackboard course, and navigate to the Blackboard Collaborate Link. Click here for more information about adding Blackboard Collaborate to your course. Click Create Session. Type a name for your session.
