Your remote ID is printed on your iClicker remote as an 8-character code (see image). Your instructor will provide the answers to the following questions in order to register your remote for their class. Be sure to contact your instructor before you register.

Your instructor needs to synchronize their gradebook to get the latest registration information. It may be that your instructor has not done this since you registered. If you are sure that is not the reason, verify that the student ID you used to register matches your instructor's roster.
You'll need to register your remote every semester since the iClicker website purges all registration data at the end of each semester.

To change the frequency:Press and hold the Power button until the two-letter frequency on the LCD flashes.Use the A-E buttons to enter the new two-letter frequency code. A check mark appears on the LCD indicating the frequency change was successful.
Make sure that you are set to the same frequency that your instructor is using. This is the most common cause of the "No base" message. The instructions are on the back of your remote. Note: You can only change your frequency once a session has begun.
