This document enables an instructor to with some Blackboard familiarity to create and administer exams.
Issues that cannot be resolved by the ACCS Support Center will be referred back the the JSCC Helpdesk during normal business hours, but the ACCS Support Center should be able to handle most technical issues involving Blackboard and related technologies like: Blackboard Collaborate, Zoom, lecture capture and online test proctoring.
