Make sure Edit Mode is ON. Click the (plus sign) icon above the Course Menu. Select the Tool Link. Enter a Name for the link. From the Type drop-down list, select the tool to add. Select whether the tool will be Available to Users. Click Submit.
Edit, copy, or delete an announcement On the Course Announcements page, open an announcement's menu and select an option: Select Edit to change the title or message. You can also edit the scheduled time to post and turn the time on and off. Select Delete to permanently remove an announcement from your course.
On the Announcements page, use the bar to reposition and prioritize your announcements. Drag the bar to reorder announcements to new positions on the page. Move priority announcements above the bar to pin them to the top of the list and prevent new announcements from superseding them.

The Ultra Course View is cleaner with a more modern design and easy-to-use workflows. It also has powerful new tools that are not available in the Original Course View, like Discussion Analytics. There are some features of the Original Course View that are not available in the Ultra Course View, however.
You can revert your course to Old Blackboard if you are unhappy with the conversion. To revert the course, click "Back to Original Course" at the bottom of the page. If you are happy, choose "Use the Ultra Course" button. Once you choose to use the Ultra course, you can't "go back" to Old Blackboard with this course.
In Original courses, you can edit the announcement subject, Show on, Hide on, and Send email copy options. You can't edit the announcement content.
When you delete an announcement in the app, it's also deleted in the web browser view of the course.
The course menu is not available in Ultra Course View. Instead, all content, assessment, and tools are organized in a single list view. We recommend creating Folders or Learning Modules for each week or topic in your course to organize your materials.
