1. From the Gradebook Setup screen, click on the Report Card Average tab. 2. Click on the pencil in the Actions column for the category where dropping the lowest grade will be allowed.

From the pull down menu select View Grade Details. 4. On the screen that appears, find the submission near the bottom of the screen. To the right of the entry, click the button labeled Clear Attempt.
Talk to them and convince them you want to really show progress and be a good student and to let you do a make up for that grade. Then let them know you realize that it was all your fault the grade was bad and you are trying to move forward and be a better student.
