Navigate to your Grade Center and click the gray down arrow that appears at the top of the column you wish to delete. Then click Delete Column at the bottom of the list. Note: You will not see Delete Column if the column was automatically added to the Grade Center.
Press Enter to drop the item in the new location. Delete assignments. You can delete an assignment from your course and if no student submissions exist, the gradebook item is also deleted. For assignments with submissions, you must confirm that you want to permanently remove the assignment, all submissions, and grades from your course.

Grade Center columns that were manually created can easily be deleted because they are not tied to something specific in the course. Commonly, face-to-face courses have more manually created columns since students are physically turning work into the instructor.

To access the Full Grade Center, first click on Grade Center in the Control Panel and then select Full Grade Center (shown below).
Locate the column that you wish to hide, and click on the chevron in the column header.
You will then see a dialog box similar to the one image above that says "Delete this column and all of its associations? This action is final and cannot be undone." Click OK to delete the column.
You can't edit a submitted assignment, but you may be allowed to resubmit it. However, you can't resubmit all assignments. Check if you can submit an assignment more than once. If you can't and made a mistake, you must contact your instructor to ask for the opportunity to resubmit the assignment.
Assignments aren't graded automatically . Your instructor must grade each assignment and post the grade and feedback.
