Overall great place, great pay. Some Supervisors are lazy and NO HELP! Callers don’t listen, schools expect you to assist students/parents with little given information.
Horrible culture. Sometimes employees don't get paid. Ask anyone who worked there. There is always a "mixup" or something. Ask people, they will tell you. Condescending management, no PTO, lack of communication, terrible place. Ask ANYONE who has worked here about the pay and no PTO.
I love this job. This job is very relaxed. Its a lot of information but they do their best to help you learn it. It is not Stressful. The pay is very good.
Training was a couple of weeks from 8:30-5:30 you learn a lot of information in a short period of time. Once on the phone the calls come constantly until about 5:30 and they slow down. The pay is okay but I think it could be better. Management is laid back and don't really say anything if the employees aren't doing what they should be doing.
No advancement, no pay increase, no vacation time, no holiday pay, no sick time. Management and Directors are the biggest problem at this call center.
I enjoyed working at Blackboard, the only thing I didn't like was their hierarchy, They were unprofessional, dressed unprofessional, and they didn't really care what you did. My trainer was ghetto, and my supervisor talked badly about everyone. Then on top of it, they had some employees that were just rude, and thought they were the boss.
A typical day consisted of any where between 12-50 calls. It is a good learning environment, there is no drama in the office. The supervisors are nice and fair. They give out fun prizes for good quality and adherence. The pay is pretty good, the job is relatively easy, and consistent.

This is not a fun place to work, and actively tries to break your spirit. I wasn't working here when they shifted to work from home, but I doubt it's changed too much. I wholly suggest looking elsewhere.
Whenever I worked there it was awful although the people were nice, the company seemed to have no structure. The works training had little impact on what you actually did.
The pay is not worth getting screamed at. The only way to advance is to have friends in management who will promote you. The rules are too strict. If you need an extra 30 seconds to write a comment after a call management will scream at you. If you're on a call when it's time for your bathroom break they'll scream at you.
Continuously adding skills with no increase of pay. When you meet the goal then you are still told that's not good enough. The expectations of taking 10+ skills and keep our calls under 5 minutes meanwhile, you are not properly trai ed, no help, and no matter who your supervisor is, their hands are tied.
Loved working for the place the management was wonderful, they also incorporated working from home. Pay was decent and hours can be flexible depending on the hours you have in the bank
Never felt that I belonged here. The management team is a joke. They always pick thir favorites and they get a way with murder. But if your a hard working employee expect to be over looked.
I feel I have completed my job successfully after I have covered all the questions asked of me. I feel I have contributed to the value of this company knowing each client has successfully completed thier tasks. This is a great contributed work for. I have gained so much from the time I have started my employment
