Blackboard Learn keeps no record of sent or received emails. Keep a copy of important messages in your inbox in case you need them later. You can send email to these users or groups in a course: All Users: Sends email to all users in the course.

Sadly not. Once sent, the message is out of your control. Although some email software may have a recall or undo, these functions are not doing what you think.
You can't recall a message if the user you sent it to isn't a user on your Exchange server. The server only has authority to delete the original message if both users are on the same mail system. There's no point in recalling a message sent outside your organization.Oct 31, 2013
When you want to unsend an email, look for “Undo” in the "Message Sent" box and click it. The email you just sent will open back up and it will be saved to your “Drafts” folder. "Undo Send" also works in the Android and iOS Gmail app. Look for the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the screen and click it.Oct 18, 2021
