Data was collected through two need finding techniques: online survey and one-on-one interviews. The goal was to determine the inadequacies and strengths of Blackboard and derive problems from its users.

So how can we create Wireframes?

Earlier I said that designers, developers, and product managers make wireframes, but that doesn’t mean they are the same.

Creating wireframes with zero investment

Quick: Just grab a pen and a piece of paper, and that’s it, nothing too complicated. Start by drawing the product at any level; your imagination is the limit.

Now for the digital armor

When I started using wireframes, I was overwhelmed by the amount of software available. It is challenging to say which is better than another and in which we should spend our money. To be honest, I still don’t know which one is the best, but I can tell you which ones work best for me.
