In order to view student quiz answers after they have been submitted, follow these steps:

  1. Select Activities & Assessments, then Quizzes.
  2. Find the appropriate quiz, click the down arrow and select Grade.
  3. On the menu of the quiz page, click Questions.
  4. Select the question in which you would like to view answers for.
