Current final grade is a measure of the normalized (%) grade score for a student in a course. For example, a student on a course with a total grade of 15 out of 20 points would have a normalized grade of 75% and would be counted in the 70-79% band. For completed courses, we use the grade reported in the ‘external’ grade column in Learn.
Instructors can grade assignments in the Blackboard Instructor app, and can grade all other items in a web browser view of a course. Students can view scores in these ways: Blackboard app for students on the Grades page: Students tap a graded item to see their attempts, scores, and feedback depending on the item type.
Select your grade to view details and review your submissions. In the Submission panel, you can see which attempts have grades and feedback. Select the attempt you want to view. Your submission opens, and you can view your grade and how it was calculated. You can review your work and expand the Feedback panel if your instructor left comments.

On the Attempts and Grade History tabs, you can view the rubric used for grading.. In the rubric's List View, if you didn't select an option for a criterion and then typed feedback, the feedback wasn't saved when you saved the rubric.
To view grades for all of your courses, select the arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner. In the menu, select My Grades. You can sort your grades by All Courses or Last Graded. If your work hasn't been graded, grade status icons appear.
It takes 24 hours from the time you registrar or change your registration in CUNYfirst for it to update in Blackboard. I see a class that I have taken previously, how do I remove these from the My Courses menu? Some instructors will keep their courses available after the course ends.

Override grades are grades you assign manually, for example, if you type in the grade pill in the gradebook. An override label appears next to the grade. In the grade pill, you can type a numeric value of no more than five digits.
Click the SET IT UP button to open the Overall Grade page. Overall Grade replaces the Weighted Total column from Blackboard Classic's Grade Center, allowing you to set up weighted grading based on Categories or Items. On the Grade History page, you can view all grade actions within a course and export the information. You can view all the data for grade submissions for the course within a set date range. Access the Grade History page from the Reports menu in the Grade Center.
