Our Technology Resource Center, located on the 4th floor of Thomas Hunter also offers a variety of workshops for Blackboard, including archiving courses.

CUNY CIS upgrades Blackboard annually at the end of December. The Fall 2020 Blackboard upgrade is scheduled to begin on Sunday, December 27th at 12:30 am and is expected to be completed by the close of business on Monday, December 28th.
Blackboard will be taken offline and there will be no access to the environment during the upgrade. The downtime required for the upgrade necessitates that the work be performed in the week between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays as this is the only time when classes are not in session on any CUNY campus.
