In the control panel, click Grade Center>Full Grade Center. Then, hover over Work Offline and select Download. Select User Information only. Leave the delimiter type a tab, but include hidden information… that will pick up anyone that may have accidentally been hidden. Leave Download location set to My Computer and click submit. Next click the download button and save the file. It will probably put the file in your downloads folder so you will need to move it to the appropriate folder after you download it.

It’s all tied together by a Network Username, which is the username used to log into Blackboard, but it is also the first part of the official email address, regardless of campus. Guests have very limited access to class sites in Blackboard. In fact, I looked on a spreadsheet of User Roles and Privileges that Blackboard provides and Guests do not have any of the privileges listed on the spreadsheet!
