Common Browser Issues The following information may help you troubleshoot some of the more common browser-related problems that you may encounter while working inside of Blackboard. Make sure that cookies from third parties are allowed.
The browser pop-up notification, appears when you have another browser window, or application, open and active. Close the pop-up and return to the session to see the chat message. If you have the chat panel open, you'll see a new comment alert.
Time zones for due dates are different between Blackboard Learn 9.1 Original experience on a web browser and the Blackboard app. Blackboard Learn 9.1 Original experience displays all due dates in the server time zone, and Blackboard Learn Ultra experience and the Blackboard app show all due dates in the end-user machine time zone.
Try clearing your browser cache, and reloading the session. Restart your computer. Try using Firefox instead of Chrome. Try dialling into the session using your phone.
