When we reach this goal, many of the recent challenges you have faced with the use of Blackboard like embedding videos, recording your sessions, getting 24 x 7 support will be alleviated as many of these features. DSC is designed for majors and lieutenant colonels desiring to learn how the nation develops national security policy and strategy. DPC is designed for majors and lieutenant colonels (or equivalent level civilians) that operate in and conduct joint operational planning.
