Sep 27, 2021 · Inline Grading not Available for Submissions from Blackboard App in Ultra Course. When submitting an assignment file from the Blackboard app in an Ultra course, the file is not available to preview via Box for inline grading. Only the file name is displayed (URL encoded) and available to download, but it is not rendered inline by the Box service.
Aug 24, 2021 · Save answers regularly. Just clicking the radio button does not save your answers. If answers are not saved and you are kicked out of the exam, there will be no record of the answers saved on the server. Nothing can be done to retrieve your answers. Save your answers again prior to submitting the exam.
Pay a visit o the Student Accounts Office and find out if you have any holds as some holds might disable you access to Blackboard. If you see this error, you will need to clear the history, cache, and cookies on your web browser. If you choose, you can clear a student's test attempt. The submission is cleared from the gradebook and the student can retake the test.
You can give an individual student an exception on a specific test. An exception includes additional attempts or extended access, even if the test is hidden from other students. An exception overrides the two settings applied to everyone else for only that specific test.

Creating multiple choice or other types of questions in the Blackboard Test Canvas is not particularly difficult, but can be a tedious process. You might find it easier to type your questions and answers into Excel, then upload them as a batch to Blackboard.
