Vanessa is a current Board member of the Association of Bermuda International Companies (ABIC), and a former Board member and Treasurer of the National Dance Foundation of Bermuda. She became a member of the Saltus Finance Committee in 2017. Vanessa and her husband, Mark, have two boys, both whom attend Saltus.
Cortney Bernstein is a former teacher and curriculum developer in New York City. Prior to moving to Bermuda, she taught middle and high school Social Studies for ten years. While in Bermuda she has volunteered at the Bermuda National Gallery developing a docent training program for children. Currently Cortney volunteers as a teacher at the Jewish Community of Bermuda and holds a position on its board.
