myBlackboard How to Login Wiregrass uses Okta for our single sign on process. Using Single Sign-On, students are able to use the same username and password for myNavigate, myBanWeb, and myBlackboard. New students will receive an onboarding email from Okta to their personal email account prior to receiving their Wiregrass Student Email information.

What is Blackboard orientation?

The Distance Education Blackboard Orientation helps prepare the online student for success in the online environment. Students will self-enroll in the organization, which is similar to a course, inside Blackboard. This will ensure students are able to login to Blackboard, and it will allow hands-on experience with navigating and becoming comfortable with Blackboard tasks. Students have the opportunity to practice Blackboard tasks such as posting to a discussion board, taking an assessment, checking grades and more. Online students are required to complete the Distance Education Blackboard Orientation only ONCE; therefore, students do not have to complete it each semester.
