Hours are there, good benefits, work from home is a huge plus, great cooperation within team, friendly management

Good pay, friendly group members, and easy hours. But..

I have no complaints about the pay, $20 per hour is very helpful during 2020. I like that I can work from home in my own office, and that I was provided the technology that I needed to do my job. Very reasonable hours, and interesting group members.

Lack of Training

The pay is not that great and the lack of training makes you feel like you have no idea what yo are doing when you get to the production floor. The amount of time you are given to write your ticket to the next call is too short and 30 minute lunch in rush is not enough.
