Users can use Firefox or Google Chrome, or they can turn off the setting in Microsoft Edge. Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Blackboard Learn. If I try to open any Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint open, (and I do not already have one open), I have to enter my email and password to add my computer to my Microsoft account every single time - however I always use the same computer so I'm not sure why I need to 'add' it every time. This is very frustrating.
