If you can't see your courses in Blackboard App, then it's likely your classes are not available yet. The Blackboard app only shows courses that are Available and Active. If your course/semester hasn't started yet, or if your instructor has a course set as Unavailable, your course (s) won't show in the app.
Some instructors require students to take high-stakes online tests, such as midterms and finals, using an automated test proctoring tool called SmarterProctoring. An instructor may design a SmarterProctoring test session to include photo-ID verification, webcam/screen recording, and temporary browser lockdown features that prevent copying/pasting, printing, or accessing other applications during the test.
Once your college application is processed, it will take a minimum of 24 hours for your MATC network account to become available in Blackboard.
Courses are initially marked as Private in Blackboard until the instructor makes them available to students by the course's official start date as listed in INFOnline. If a course does not become available by its start date, contact your instructor directly.
