On the Control Panel, expand the Evaluation section and select Course Reports. On the Course Reports page, access a report's menu and select Run.

Blackboard can monitor and record candidates' exam environment through their computer's webcam and microphone, record computer screen, monitor and restrict right-clicking, minimize, screen capture, new window, and various other actions.

Progress Tracking is a new feature available within Blackboard Ultra courses. Once turned on, students can visually identify what tasks they have started, completed, or haven't interacted with. Students can also manually update their progress on specific items.
The Retention Center is a Blackboard Tool designed to help you identify students that may be at-risk in your course and require special attention. The main table displays which students are at risk in one or more of four categories: Missed Deadlines.
To report on data for all users, don't select in the Select Users box. To limit the report to specific users, select one or more usernames. For Windows, to select multiple items in a list, press the SHIFT key and select the first and last items.
In the Select Format list, select a format for the report results: PDF: Select PDF to save the report in a PDF file on your computer. This is the default format. HTML: Select HTML to view the report in your browser. Excel: Select Excel to save the report in a Microsoft ® Excel ® file on your computer. This format does not include charts.

These reports can be very useful when a student claims to have submitted an assignment or test but you can’t see a submission. You can tell whether or not the student was in your course at the time that they say they submitted the assignment. If they weren’t in the course at all, then their claim might not be true.
From the Control Panel, select Evaluation and then Course Reports ( 1 ).
Select the Action Link and then select Run ( 2) next to the report you want to generate. In this example, Course Activity Overview is selected.
On the Run Reports page, select the Report Specifications ( 3 ) (Start Date and End Date) then select Submit to run the report.
The report file displays in a new window ( 4 ). You may need to enable pop-ups for your browser. Report Options ( 5) allows you to select a Printable View of the report or Download to Excel. Selecting Download Report ( 6) will download the report to an Excel spreadsheet.
Blackboard Course reports provide data covering course activity until the day before the report is run. They do not provide "real time" course activity data.

In the Grade Center, access the Reports menu and select Create Report.
To save a report, use your browser's Save As function and choose the location. The report is saved as an HTML file.
In the Grade Center, you can view statistical information related to a column and any user. The statistics pages are read-only. You can't edit grades or other information.
When students submit assignments successfully, the Review Submission History page appears with information about their submitted assignments and a success message with a confirmation number. Students can copy and save this number as proof of their submissions and evidence for academic disputes.
