**Seasonal Employee** The first two weeks were great working there. They were a little disorganized but we also had a group of 80 people to train so I understand the issues there. Now onto the first full work week, you will have enough support in slack channels to get support. The pay is not bad for the amount of work you do.

Dec 02, 2021 · The work is difficult and can be stressful, but the outcome is more than worth the effort. I have advanced three times within Blackboard and continue to enjoy the work and the culture. Many of the entry-level positions in Greenville are seasonal or temporary; however, if you work hard and make yourself an asset, the opportunities are endless.

I worked for Blackboard as a Remote Customer Service Advisor temporarily and I really enjoyed my time. The job became fairly easy after about 3 days into production. Loved the bonuses and how nice and polite the staff are as well. Also they send all the equipment to you which is a huge plus that I was so grateful for.
They provide all the equipment you will need.

Depending on the position, Accenture offers a variety of flexible work arrangements, including flex-time, part-time, freelance, job-sharing, remote, and location-negotiable options. Remote employees can work from home in any of the countries in which Accenture operates.
I was supporting 2 departments before I resigned, however with the increase in work, the compensation didn’t follow. Great opportunity for: job experience, independent work, remote work (no commute), and they supply all necessary equipment and training (3-4 weeks paid).
I worked here for 2 years. Management is okay but they play favoritism. Took on new schools and they went downhill from there. Work environment needs to be better. Just like high school. So much gossip even between the supervisors . Wouldn’t recommend
I worked for Blackboard for a year and a half , I have yet to get any raises. They don't pay you for holidays unless you been there for over 3 years. The company is all about what is best for the company vs keeping valuable employees who work exceptionally hard.
Draining despite working from home. Not prepared to provide information for certain schools so I felt bad telling students the runaround. Pay was decent and scheduling is consistent which I appreciated.
Never felt that I belonged here. The management team is a joke. They always pick thir favorites and they get a way with murder. But if your a hard working employee expect to be over looked.
One of the worst places I have ever worked that is fraught with fraudulence, lies, and probable misfeasance, for both employees and customers, and is highly propagated by what passes for management.
I feel I have completed my job successfully after I have covered all the questions asked of me. I feel I have contributed to the value of this company knowing each client has successfully completed thier tasks. This is a great contributed work for. I have gained so much from the time I have started my employment
I really enjoyed this job. Overall a good place to work!!! I had a great coach. I think the pay could be better but I liked this job it was also work from home.
Equipment and servers don’t work right and supervisors don’t care. It isn’t worth the stress. The turn over rate here is really high for a reason. My training group of 20 all quit after a few months because of bad equipment and management. Not worth the little pay.
Training was way too fast and way too broad. You feel as if you have no idea what youre supposed to do when you begin answering calls. Horrible job structure. Supervisors were not willing to work with new hires one on one who felt they needed more help than the training provides.
This is a rewarding place to work but you must take it very seriously and adhere to their policies and procedures, which are not overly difficult. This is a FANTASTIC company!
You can be laid off at any time. Positions are temporary pay is low! You answer inbound calls from students about their student account. You try to be as nice as possible and offer them a solution to their problem. They either like your response or don’t! You give them the best correct answer you have access to!
I LOVE THIS JOB! GIve many opportunities and provide you the equipment you need. Everything seems confusing at first but once you get the practice and help and it very fun
it was a temporary job, the sups didn’t do much, everyone was confused on what to do. It was alot of transferring calls back and forth. They let go a majority of people without warning.

Hours are there, good benefits, work from home is a huge plus, great cooperation within team, friendly management
I have no complaints about the pay, $20 per hour is very helpful during 2020. I like that I can work from home in my own office, and that I was provided the technology that I needed to do my job. Very reasonable hours, and interesting group members.
The pay is not that great and the lack of training makes you feel like you have no idea what yo are doing when you get to the production floor. The amount of time you are given to write your ticket to the next call is too short and 30 minute lunch in rush is not enough.
Thank you for leaving a review. We're glad to hear you've been successful with our transition to fully remote work. We conduct regular reviews of our training programs, including content and delivery. As many schools and universities have moved to remote learning, the need for Blackboard products and services has increased significantly.
Great team! The people are amazing and have kept me here year after year. Leadership has a solid direction, and I know how I am contributing to the goals of the company. Work Life balance is great with the opportunity to work from home, and ability to take the time I need with my family.
The training is touch-and-go and you tend to feel confused and abandoned during calls.
