Event details include the name, date, and time of a session. Decide if the session is open ended or recurring. Make the name something meaningful for your attendees so they know what the session is for.

Can you have multiple sessions at the same time?

If you want to run multiple sessions at the same time for students to use as virtual study room, for example, you can create multiple sessions for the different groups to join. What does "unavailable" mean in a web site?

When you first get your site, it is “Unavailable” which means that only you as the instructor can see it listed when you log in and only you as instructor can open the site. You will want students to access the site as well, so you will need to make it Available.

What happens after registration ends?

After Registration ends, your students are automatically enrolled into the Blackboard site as student users. During Late Registration, each day during Late Registration and Drop/Add, students that register for your class are enrolled into your site the following morning.
