Here's how: Click on the arrow by the Weighted Total column and select the option “Set As External Grade.” You should now see that weird green checkmark next to the Weighted Total column. Click on the arrow by the Total Column and now you should be able to select “Delete Column.”May 23, 2021
The Delegated Grading tool in Blackboard enables staff to assign student assignment submissions for marking electronically to colleagues on the Blackboard module. This functionality is available primarily when using the Assignment Submission tool and can be set up as the Assignment Submission link is created.

New Submission appears in cells when students have submitted work. Click anywhere in a cell to access the management functions or assign a grade. Select the cell or grade value to edit an existing grade or add a new entry. After you assign a value, click anywhere outside the grade area to save.
Enable delegated grading. On the Create Assignment page, choose the graders and final graders to help with grading tasks. In the Grading Options section, after you select the check box for Enable Delegated Grading, you can view a list of potential graders and final graders. Use the Show menu to filter the list.
If you wish to review the student's submission, click on View Attempt. 12.To enter a final score for the student click on the reconcile grade icon within the Final Grade box. You can either enter a number manually or choose the highest, average, or lowest score.
To view grades for all of your courses, select the arrow next to your name in the upper-right corner. In the menu, select My Grades. You can sort your grades by All Courses or Last Graded. If your work hasn't been graded, grade status icons appear.
Graders can assist an instructor in the creation, management, delivery, and grading of assessments and surveys. The grader may also assist an instructor with adding manual entries. If a course is unavailable to students, the course appears in the course list for a user with the role of Grader.
Under the Select Columns section, click on a column or category to include in the weighted grade. Use the arrow to move the selected column or category to the Selected Columns area. Explanation. Final grades for courses are indicated on a scale from number 1 till 10. Grades below 5 are not rounded off, grades below 6 are rounded off to whole grades, grades above 6 are rounded off to half grades. A 5 (or lower) is a failing grade, a 6 (or higher) is a passing grade.
