Instructors and TAs can create individual (and repeat) web conferencing sessions on their own without requesting a session to be created or activated.

The issue in which users were unable to launch a Collaborate with the Original experience session or recording using the Blackboard Collaborate Launcher application version 1.6.3 for Windows has been resolved.
