Blackboard is our web-based interactive learning environment (course management system) that supports learning and teaching in face-to-face, blended, and online classes at WCC. MyWCC portal is the main system, if you change the password there it will automatically change it in Blackboard as well. If you can’t recover the password or do not know your user ID, contact the MyWCC help desk at [email protected] or call (914)606-5600.
In Blackboard, you have access to TLC: Teaching & Learning Center for WCC Faculty and Staff (you will be required to login using your WCC netID and password). Your User ID and Password are same as your MyWCC portal ID and password. WCC Blackboard homepage
Make sure you login to MyWCC and check to see if you’re actually enrolled in a course in the current semester. Sometimes students are dropped from courses for several reasons. If you don’t see your course in your MyWCC schedule, you won’t be able to login to the course in Blackboard.
Complete the Blackboard Course Request form under the employee tab. You will be required to login using your WCC netID and password.
