Email your instructor immediately if you are unable to complete an exam due to technical difficulties. In your e-mail, include as much information as possible (identify your browser, operating system, Internet Service Provider, time, date, circumstances, etc.).
Once you have logged in to Blackboard, the Global Navigation Menu is always located in the upper right-hand corner of the display. Clicking your name or selecting the small triangle activates a pull-down menu where shortcuts are provided.

The Global Navigation menu allows you to access your Blackboard courses and 'My Blackboard' for quick access to timely information in your courses. The Global Navigation menu can be accessed from the top right corner in Blackboard where your name is displayed by selecting the drop down arrow.

Your Wake Tech Key Account is the username and password combination you will use to access all Wake Tech sites and resources. Anywhere that refers to a "Key Account Login" or a "Username and Password" refers to these credentials.
