Go to Collaborate, open the Menu, and select Recordings or View all recordings.
Select View report to see the full report. See when each participant joined and left the session. With this knowledge, check in with individual participants to see if they were having any technical issues or need a quick review of what was presented and discussed.

You can access this by going to Course Management > Course Tools > Attendance. In the report, you will find information on student attendance, when they joined and left the session, and their total time in the session. If your sessions are used more than once, there is a report for each time it was used.Apr 20, 2021
For each class meeting, you can mark whether a student is present, late, absent, or excused. The attendance records for each student appear in a single column next to other grades. On the Attendance page, profile pictures appear so you can easily identify students.

If you need to edit the recording, you can use the drop down arrow next to the recordings name and select “Edit Recording.” a. This will then open a window that allows you to edit the recording. You can change the recordings name and description, the courses the recording is available to, and enable guest links.
