The focus of the eLearning team is to assist with the integration of technology into online, hybrid and classroom-based courses.

An extended maintenance window has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 5, from 12-8am (early morning). This maintenance window, scheduled to last up to eight hours, will be used to apply an update that fixes an issue that has negatively impacted a number of users. During this time, eLearning will be UNAVAILABLE.
Blackboard will perform datacenter maintenance early Friday morning, February 1, from 1-5am . While we anticipate no interruption in eLearning service, we cannot entirely rule out brief period of intermittent connectivity. We recommend against taking online exams during this four-hour maintenance window.

Safari released an update for its web browser on March 29th that causes problems for students and faculty when attempting to upload files. Students are unable to upload files to assignments. Faculty are unable to upload files into course content areas.
This weekend from 11pm March 2 nd until 3pm March 3 rd, Blackboard will replace hardware at on one of its data centers. eLearning users may experience service interruptions to publisher tools ( Partner Cloud) during this time. These publisher tools include Cengage Learning, Macmillan Higher Education, McGraw-Hill, Pearson, and Wiley.
