University Extension is the continuing education branch of UC campuses, pproviding innovative learning programs to adult learners in California, across the U.S. and throughout the world. University re-entry allows non-graduated UC students to resume a path to a four-year degree.

Study with American students or professionals at the Bachelor's or Master's level, across nearly all departments at UC San Diego. .
Noncredit classes are available at no cost, including online options. Classes are free because San Diego Continuing Education is part of the California system of higher education. Funding also comes through business and industry partnerships.
