Blackboard Help Desk Hours. 479-575-HELP (4357) Mon-Thur: 7 a.m. to midnight. Fri: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat-Sun: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Blackboard specialists are available until midnight on Sundays by calling 479-575-HELP (4357) and selecting the option for Blackboard support.

Blackboard Organizations provide departments and work groups with collaborative space, using features found in Blackboard courses, such as wikis, blogs, discussion forums and other communication tools. To get started, complete the Blackboard Organization Request form.
