Where can I find the blackboard email tool in Blackboard?

Email Address in Blackboard. November 3rd, 2021 ; in Known Issues Students who are also employees have both @ua and @crimson email addresses. Users can now define which of their official UA email addresses (must be @ua.edu or @crimson.ua.edu) are used for Blackboard Learn communications.

Accessing Crimson Email

Current students have three options for accessing email in the Microsoft O365 environment: on the web, desktop apps or mobile apps. Alumni may access their email on the web or through the Outlook mobile app. Note – two-factor authentication is required. ( Duo for students, Microsoft multi-factor for alumni).

How to send email on Blackboard?

You can find the Blackboard email tool in these areas: On the course menu, select Tools > Send Email. On the Control Panel, select Course Tools > Send Email. On the My Institution tab, select Tools > Send Email and select a course. On the Send Email page, select a link, such as All Users.

How to select multiple users in a list?

To select multiple users in a list on a Windows computer, press the Shift key and select the first and last users . To select users out of sequence, press the Ctrl key and select each user needed. On a Mac, press the Command key instead of the Ctrl key.
