Click the menu icon in the top left of the Rubric and Form Manager. Click Create new rubric at the top of the menu dropdown list. Click on the Scoring link in the top right-hand corner of the Manager. You can select the rubric you'd like to create from the dropdown list: Standard, Qualitative or Custom.
To submit a paper to a Turnitin assignment in Blackboard, the user must log in and upload a file to an existing assignment. Turnitin assignments cannot accept student submissions until the assignment start date and time has passed.
To access the rubric for your assignment click the speech bubble icon from the product toolbar. Select the View Rubric button from the Instructor Feedback side panel to open the scorecard. A new window will appear where you can view the rubric scorecard that was used to grade your paper.
Rubric scorecards can be used to evaluate student work based on defined criteria and scales. Grading forms can be used to provide free-form feedback and scores to evaluate student work based on defined criteria.

The Turnitin integration on Blackboard allows students to submit an assignment from within their Blackboard course directly to Turnitin Feedback Studio.
