As long as you're within the drop period, don't have any active holds on your account, and aren't planning on dropping all of your classes at once, you can drop a course via Raiderlink. Raiderlink - TTU MyTech - Registration - Add or Drop Classes. Under the Action tab, select Drop – Delete on Web, and hit Submit.
Dropping a course or withdrawing from the university will not affect a student's grade point average. However, the drop will be noted as a DG on the transcript for the dropped course, and the withdrawal will be noted as a W for all of the courses the student withdraws from during the semester.

Sign into raiderlink.ttu.edu. Click on the MyTech tab and choose View/Accept Aid Package under the Student Financial Aid & Scholarships menu. Select the Aid Year and click on the Terms & Conditions tab and accept the Terms & Conditions. Then click on View/Accept Aid tab.
Any login attempt with a bad password during the 15 minutes will extend your lockout. You may be able to gain access to TTU sites when your device goes inactive (sleep or turned off), but then get locked out at later times when your device tries to gain access.
Your Rnumber is your official Texas Tech Student ID number. It is an 8-digit number, preceded by the letter "R". To find your Rnumber: Go to www.raiderlink.ttu.edu.
