During the Test. Do not double-click any of the buttons in the test. Blackboard uses single-clicks only. Double-clicking will not make the server process your request faster - it will only cause you to get kicked out. Do not click the “Tab” key on the keyboard to move between questions or buttons.
Type or choose your answers. You can use the options in the editor to format the text and embed images and attach files. If you view the editor on a smaller screen, select the plus icon to view the menu of options. To use your keyboard to jump to the editor toolbar, press ALT + F10. On a Mac, press Fn + ALT + F10.
Each Blackboard test may be set up differently by the Instructor: Some tests may be taken more than once, while others can only be taken once. Some tests may require that they be completed in one sitting (force completion), while some tests may allow you to complete one section and then return to finish additional sections.
Take a test. Access a test from Due Dates in the menu or in a course. Read the test details. Tap Start Attempt. Answer the questions. For Ultra tests, you can provide additional text and files to support your answers. File attachments for Ultra courses; Tap Save for Later if you aren't finished working or Submit to turn in your test now.
