Courses may not appear in the My Courses module in Blackboard for a few reasons: The instructor has not yet published the course for student view (most common reason). The student has not yet successfully registered and paid for the course. There may be an issue with the student's enrollment.

To show a hidden course, filter the list by Hidden from me > open a course's menu > select Show course.
It takes 24 hours from the time you registrar or change your registration in CUNYfirst for it to update in Blackboard. I see a class that I have taken previously, how do I remove these from the My Courses menu? Some instructors will keep their courses available after the course ends.
Can Blackboard see if you opened other tabs? Blackboard cannot see if you have opened other tabs on your computer if a secure proctoring or lockdown browser is not installed on your computer. User Unavailable - User no longer has access to the course (most likely because they have officially dropped the course). Column Not Visible to Users - Column is not visible to students. Completed - Item has been completed by student. Needs Grading - Student has submitted an assignment or quiz which needs grading.Mar 3, 2020
About course availability Blackboard administrators, instructors, course builders, teaching assistants, and graders can see and access unavailable courses from the My Courses tab and the course list, but they're marked as unavailable. Students can't access unavailable courses regardless of the course duration.
