Southwestern College Professional Studies helps you maximize your military service by applying credit for military training toward the completion of your degree requirements. Up to 64 credit hours (depending on the level of the training) may be transferred from CCAF /USCGI/JST transcripts.

You have up until the fifth week of your class to withdraw – or your tenth week if your classes are 12 weeks long. You will need to fill out a drop/withdraw form in Self-Service. If you drop within the first week of your class, you will receive a full refund. A 70% refund will be given to you if you drop in the second week of your classes. There will be no refund after the second week. We encourage you to view our withdraw policies.
