If you're accessing your course from a mobile device or tablet or from within a small browser window, Blackboard will collapse the sidebar by default. They can be found by clicking the up and down arrow icon above the Course Menu. From the panel that pops up, select the item you wish to move, then click on the small up or down arrow buttons to move the item to the desired place in the list. When done, click the Submit Button.
The course menu appears in a list view, which displays only the top level of course materials. You can choose buttons or text for your links. Select the Display Course Menu in New Window icon to view the course materials as a directory tree in a new window.
