She holds a Bachelor of Science as well as a Master of Science Degree in Nursing. Victoria has been with Sentara Healthcare since 1990. She began at the College in 1991 and has held a variety of positions, including classroom and clinical faculty and simulation faculty.

Dr Flavia Belham applies experimental findings from Neuroscience to our learning platform. During her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at University College London (UCL), she used behavioural and brain imaging techniques to investigate how people of different ages memorise emotional events.
Mo Tanweer studied Economics at Cambridge University before teaching Economics at leading independent schools with a particular focus on helping candidates prepare their Oxbridge applications. Mo also sits on several economics advisory boards and writes for leading economics publications.
Professor Andrew Tolmie is Chair of Psychology and Human Development at University College London. He is also Deputy Director of the Birkbeck/UCL Centre for Educational Neuroscience and was Programme Leader for the joint Birkbeck/UCL MA/MSc in Educational Neuroscience from 2011-17.
George Pidgeon graduated with an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford in 2013, spending his final year working on a project that resulted in publications in various high-impact journals. George has spent two years teaching in Hull before becoming Head of Chemistry at one of the Top 5 Progress 8 schools in the UK.
Dr Camilla Nord is a neuroscientist working at the University of Cambridge. She completed her PhD and MSc at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, University College London, and her BA at Magdalen College, University of Oxford.
Kate Allen graduated from Teach First in 2015 after being graded 'Outstanding' and moved on to complete an MA in Education with the University of Manchester. At present, she teaches English at Sandbach School in Cheshire, where she also helps to train new English teachers.
