Course roster Access the roster on the Tools page in your course. From the Users page, you can view, search, and enroll users. Access the Users page on the Control Panel > Users and Groups > Users. The Roster and Users pages pull information from the system's personal information tool.

The control panel in Blackboard provides you with access to a suite of course management tools. You can access the control panel from inside any Blackboard course underneath the left hand customisable navigation panel and just underneath “course management” section.
To enroll people from the roster, select the Enroll People icon at the top of the page. Search the list. In grid or list view, select the Search Roster icon. In the search box, type a name, username, or at least two letters to reveal matches. Any filters previously selected are cleared when you perform a new search.
