It is possible to copy tests or surveys created in Blackboard from one course to another, one organization to another, or between courses and organizations.
Access the Blackboard course that you want to import a test into.In Course Tools, go to Test, Surveys and Pools.Go to Tests or Pools depending on what you want to import.Click the Import Test or Import Pool (if in pools) at the top of the page.Select Browse my computer.More items...
To copy a test: (Note: This is opposite to how you copied in Blackboard Original.) In the top-right corner of the Course Content area, select More options for course content elipsis (…) > Copy Content. Select the plus sign that divides the Course Content area, and select Copy Content.
Control Panel > Tools > Tests, Surveys and Pools. Then choose Tests. Here you will see all of the tests which have been set up on this Blackboard course. Highlight the test you want to copy, click on the editing arrow, and choose Export to Local Computer. The test is exported as a zip file.Jul 17, 2018
Access the menu for a test, survey, or pool and select Export. Select OK in the pop-up window to save the file.

Log into your Blackboard course, and go to the content area that you would like to add the test to. At the top of the page, click on Assessment and select Test.
On the next page, labeled Create Test, under Section 1: Add Test, click on the Create button next to Create a New Test
You will now be on the Test Canvas in Blackboard. Click on the Reuse Questions button at the top of the screen and select Find Questions from the menu that appears.
You will then see a dialog box labeled Find Question Mode that provides two options for finding questions:j
You will now see a screen labeled Find Questions that will allow you to select questions to reuse:
After clicking the Submit button, you will be returned to the Test Canvas. The Test Canvas will allow you to create a new question, rearrange, edit, and delete questions, as well as allowing individuals to change the point value of each question.
