On the Create Assignment page in the Grading Options section, select the Enable Anonymous Grading check box. Next, choose when you want to automatically remove students' anonymity: On specific date: Provide the date you want to disable anonymous grading.
Once a student has submitted an assignment to the submission point, the enable anonymous marking option is locked and can't be changed. As a workaround you can turn off anonymous marking for the whole submission point by changing the Post date.
From the dropdown menu, choose the desired option for setting the author of anonymous posts. The options include Not now. Ask again later; No, leave the messages as anonymous, or to set an instructor user as the author. Once you have made your desired selection, click the Submit button.Oct 30, 2018

In grid view, the column header lists how many submissions you've graded. In each student's cell, Anonymous appears. You aren't able to tell which students have submitted. If you point to a cell, this message appears: Finish grading to turn off anonymity and post all grades.
When you’ve finished grading, select the Post All Grades link in the banner at the top of the page.
Anonymous grading isn't disabled when the due date passes. Late submissions are labeled.
You can delete an attempt, for example, if a student added identifying information. Open the menu on the submission page and select Delete. The attempt and grade are cleared and the student can submit again.
Students don’t see any indication of anonymous grading on their Grades page. Until you post all grades, a student sees Not graded in the Grade column, even if you've assigned a grade.
When students view their attempts, they see Not graded in the grade pill. When you post all grades, they'll see grades for all attempts.

Log into your Blackboard course and click on the Discussion Board link in the course menu.
If you are accessing a discussion board for a copied course for the first time, you will see a dialog box similar to the one above with the heading Set Author of Anonymous Posts.
Upon completion of the de-anonymization process, you will see a green confirmation message that reads "The imported/copied seeds posts were successfully de-anonymized."
Turnitin supports anonymous marking of papers submitted by students. When Anonymous marking is turned on, all traces of the students’ names are hidden from markers and course administrators.
To grade and/or feedback on students’ work, go to Control Panel > Course Tools > Turnitin
While Anonymous marking does not have any impact on the tools for providing feedback on student papers, it does have implications for the administration of assignments.
If you need to reveal the name of a student at any point during the marking process, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Anonymous Marking Enabled’ tab in the Assignment Inbox, as shown below. This will prompt a box called ‘Turn off anonymous marking’ in which you will need to enter the reason for switching off the student’s anonymity.
