Blackboard Learn is Rowan-Cabarrus’s Learning Management System (LMS). Blackboard is a user-friendly portal that provides online access to to class content and assignments. When accepted to the College, students are given a Blackboard login that will provide access all of the courses for which they are enrolled.

As a registered RCC student, you automatically receive a college email address. It consists of your first initial, last name and, in some cases, a number (eg. John Doe, [email protected]). All student email addresses end with the student.rccd.edu domain.

12 unitsFor full-time status, a student must be enrolled in at least 12 units of credit for the fall/spring sessions and 6 units of credit for the winter/summer sessions.
