Sometimes grade syncing can have a short delay. Try checking back in 24 hours to see if the grades have successfully posted. If the grades still have not synced back within 24 hours, some settings could have changed within your schools network that is blocking requests.
From the Pearson tool page, click the Grade Sync tab at the top-left of the screen. Check the box for the assignments you wish to synchronize (1) and than click the green Sync Grades button (2). You will receive a success message on the same page once the synchronization has completed.Feb 14, 2017

Begin at the course navigation menu and select the MyLab & Mastering tab. Select Sync Grades, then checkbox for Sync All (or a single assignment.) Select Sync Now and wait for processing.
