Presentations should be at least 15 and no more than 20 minutes long. The team should ONLY present detailed recommendations as to what they think the company should do. DO NOT waste your presentation time on the history of the case, SWOT analysis, or alternatives. You need to be definitive in making a recommendation and telling the company exactly what to do and then explain WHY they should do it and HOW they should do it. Each member of the team should participate equally in the presentation. Visual aids should be incorporated into the presentation to help streamline and clarify the recommendations being made. The keys to giving a good presentation are: preparation, coordination, interpretation, and explanation. Presentation grades will be based on the content of the presentation (depth, thoroughness, and detail) and presentation skill and quality (how effectively the material was presented and delivered).
In addition, make sure your anti-virus software is current – an assignment will be considered late if the instructor does not receive it by the assigned date and time, even if Blackboard automatically blocked that assignment due to a virus.
