A fair, understanding and collaborative place to work

Great talent, team collaboration, competitive payment, uttermost respect for family time, free or personal time and PTOs, promising career paths and growth, company internal and external international integration events, great workspace, fair and thoughtful perks, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives both for employees as for the users of the products we make..

Great company to work for

Supervisors and management provide a lot of support. Effective training. Team oriented where others of the same level are encouraged to provide support when possible. Great starting company for people who have never done call center work.

Do better

The people you work with can be some of the best people if you’re able to connect with them- that doesn’t hold the same weight since moving to remote work. There are a couple managers that actually care and do their best, but still not enough to make a change.

Great place to work

many mergers and acquisitions over time, high turn over, innovation issues with legacy products.

One of the best places I've ever worked

I truly enjoyed my time at Blackboard. It's by far one of the best places I've had the chance of working in my nearly 20-year career, namely because of... 1. The amazing people - They're super smart, passionate, kind, and committed to advancing learning for everyone.
