To show a hidden course, filter the list by Hidden from me > open a course's menu > select Show course.

From the list where your name appears, you can view a list of your courses. On the Courses page, you can access all of your courses. Your institution controls the page that appears after you log in.
On the Administrator Panel in the Courses section, select Courses. Search for a course. Select the check box for each course to delete. Select Delete.

Click the contextual arrow next to the Username of the student whom you want to make 2. unavailable in the course. Select Change User's Availability in the Course.
If your school has a roster sync set up and students are being removed from classes it could be due to that. Please ask your administrator to check if the Active Directory/SIS that it syncs might be removing the students.
In Canvas, your old course sites may disappear from your dashboard and your current courses list at the end of the semester. This happens only once a course is completed, and you can rest assured that your course has not been deleted from the system.
