Great company to work for or get tutoring help!

The management is very organized, and helpful! Not to mention kind and supportive of your achievements. They really try their best to match students and teachers to provide the best possible outcome. Great company!

Great Company Culture, Great Mission

Novastar Prep has a wonderful mission to help kids reach their full potential by providing them with personalized instruction, and it shows in the way the company treats both its employees and its clients! The hiring process for tutors is incredibly selective, making sure that only the best tutors are paired with students and that they are compensated well for their time and effort (unlike other companies I've worked for that underpay tutors significantly).

Excellent Team of Caring Educators

The Novastar Prep team works very hard at helping its learning coaches serve the academic needs of students. The team is readily available to offer resources and guidance to ensure that everyone is successful.

Great Work Experience!

Novastar Prep cares greatly for its tutors and students. It is wonderful to work for a company that takes such a personalized approach and aims to build confidence in every student.

Wonderful Management and team

Management is transparent and genuinely cares about employees. They are open to new ideas and are great people to work with.

Great place to work!

Enjoy my work with the company. Team oriented and good flexibility for tutoring. I get a lot of tutoring opportunities in NOVA. They help you get clients in same locations.

I have had a generally positive experience tutoring for Novastar Prep, and would recommend them to other tutors

They have a relatively large number of leads compared to other companies I've worked with in the DC Metro area. They aggressively recruit you for new clients and new jobs, so this works out well if you're looking for hours. They are always nice and professional, and clearly care about doing their jobs well.
